Their flagship development, Parkmerced, will provide over 9,000 rental homes to the community alongside a number of other luxury rental residential locations.
After successfully partnering with deverellsmith on a previous project within the US, Maximus Real Estate Partners assigned Hintel (sister company of deverellsmith) on a continuous growth project which took place between 2022 and 2023.
Project team
The project team consisted of three specialist consultants who owned over two decades of industry experience combined. Each consultant’s outreach was underpinned by the deverellsmith group’s data and research division whose sole function is to identify the best talent whilst acquiring accurate market feedback.

Project breakdown
Phase 1 – focused on senior leadership and head office positions which took 3-6 months.
Phase 2 – focused on onsite/customer service roles which were ongoing throughout the entire project timeframe.
